Subscriptions

Below are some common questions about subscriptions.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription using the customer portal. Change your billing information, make changes to your plan, see upcoming billing intervals and more.

The customer portal can be accessed through the link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed your initial subscription order. You can also access your subscriptions by logging into your account here.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time. Your change will take effect at the end of your current billing or commitment period.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If your payment can’t be processed, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method. We’ll retry the payment up to 3 times. If it still fails, your subscription will automatically be canceled.

Can I switch to a different plan or billing interval?

Yes, you can switch to a different plan or billing interval at any time, but the change will take effect after your current subscription period ends. For help making the switch, just reach out using the contact form — we’ve got you.

1-on-1 Coaching

Below are some of are common questions about 1-on-1 coaching.

Am I really training with Bishoi?

Yep. If you sign up for 1-on-1 coaching, you're getting me. I handle your mindset, your check-ins, your nutrition, and make sure the whole process actually fits your life. But you're also getting my brother Peter, our in-house training wizard. He’s been coaching for over a decade and handles the technical side of your workouts: exercise selection, progression, injury prevention, and all the nerdy stuff that gets real results.

You’re not being passed off, you’re getting both of us in your corner. Strategy, accountability, execution - covered from all angles.

1-on-1 Coaching vs App-Only — What’s the Difference?

The app-only option gives you structure. On-demand workout programs, recipe books, and progress tracking you can start anytime on your own. It’s great if you’re self-motivated and just need direction.

1-on-1 coaching is next level. We personalize everything, adapt it as life changes, and walk with you through every setback and win. You’ll have direct access to your coach, weekly check-ins, and real accountability.

How long does the setup process take?

Our average start-up time is 3–5 business days. After you sign up, we’ll match you with the right coach based on your goals. You’ll fill out a welcome questionnaire that we use to build your plan, and within 24–48 hours, you’ll get the first draft of your training and nutrition setup.

If it looks good, you’re good to go. If anything feels off, you can request changes and we’ll tweak it until it’s right before you begin.

What if I don’t have the time? I’m really busy.

So is everyone we work with; business owners, parents, shift workers, CEOs. No one has the time. We make the time.

You don’t need more hours in the day. You can see results just by optimizing what you’re already doing. We’ll help you integrate your health, build momentum, and get results without your entire day revolving around fitness.

Most of our clients train 3–5 times per week, 30–60 minutes per session. It’s not about doing more, it’s about optimizing what you already do.

What if I’m a beginner?

Even better. You don’t have to unlearn bad habits. We’ll build the right foundation from day one. We’ll guide you through every step, explain the “why” behind everything, and make sure nothing feels overwhelming. We’ll meet you where you’re at but we’re not going to let you stay there.

What if I already know the basics?

Most of our clients do. I bet if we looked at your saved Instagram posts, there’d be hundreds of recipes, workouts, and form tips. Knowing is easy. Doing is where people struggle. That’s where we come in.

We don’t just hand you a plan and disappear. You’re getting real guidance from coaches who take your progress personally. Coaches who’ve helped hundreds make the fundamentals actually work in real life. Whether it’s stress-eating, nagging injuries, or time constraints — we’ve seen it, solved it, and we’ll walk you through it.

What if I travel regularly for work?

Like having limited equipment, we work around it. We’ll adjust your workouts, simplify your nutrition, and keep you focused on what matters, so travel doesn’t become an excuse. If this part of your lifestyle, we’ll help you own it by making the most of what you're dealt.

What if I don’t have access to a fully equipped gym?

Our coaches are experts at making whatever you have on hand work for you.

We build around your setup - bodyweight, dumbbells, full gym, whatever you have access to. Our job is to maximize what you’ve got. And we’ll always keep it real. If your goal needs more than what you have, we’ll tell you upfront.

How long does it take to see results?

Your body is just a lagging indicator of your mindset. You’ll feel sharper and more confident in your abilities within weeks. Real physical change, the kind that sticks, takes consistent action over longer periods of time.

But if this truly matters to you, how long it takes shouldn't. Along the way, you'll be building better habits, getting better each and every day, and before you know it, you're exactly where you want to be.

What if I miss a check-in or fall off track?

Then we talk about why. We're not going to guilt trip you, we problem solve. That’s what real coaching is. We adapt, realign, and keep moving forward.

I’ve tried everything. Why will this work when nothing else has?

Because we don’t just throw workouts at you. We build your mindset, habits, and environment from the ground up, and we walk with you every step until it clicks. Most programs give up when you struggle. We lean in.

What’s your refund policy?

We keep it simple: if you’re not happy after giving it a real shot, you don’t pay.

Show up, follow the plan, stay consistent. And if you’re still not happy with your results, we’ll give you every penny back.

No “gotcha” clauses. No hoops to jump through. No guilt trips. We mean it.

The only condition? You have say:

“I followed the plan. I gave it my all. There’s nothing more I could’ve done… and it just didn’t work.”

That’s how confident we are in what we do. So if you’re willing to meet us halfway, we promise you won’t regret it.

Physical Merchandise - Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Below are some common questions about returns refunds and exchanges on our physical merchandise.

What is your exchange policy?

We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. If you need a different size or item, contact us and we’ll get you sorted.

What is your return policy?

Refunds are available for unused, unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@onuscreed.com.

When your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping.

What do I do if my items(s) were damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We'll either ship you a replacement, or process a return.

I returned my item(s) but haven't got my refund yet.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
