1-on-1 Coaching vs App-Only — What’s the Difference?
The app-only option gives you structure. On-demand workout programs, recipe books, and progress tracking you can start anytime on your own. It’s great if you’re self-motivated and just need direction.
1-on-1 coaching is next level. We personalize everything, adapt it as life changes, and walk with you through every setback and win. You’ll have direct access to your coach, weekly check-ins, and real accountability.
How long does the setup process take?
Right away. As soon as you sign up, you’ll get an email to create your account. Download the app, log in, and you’ll have instant access to all the programs, recipes, and the community.
What if I don’t have the time? I’m really busy.
So is everyone else: parents, business owners, shift workers. No one has time. We make it.
