Coaching Services (1-on-1 Coaching, OnusCreed App, Digital Programs etc)
Due to the personalized nature of coaching, all sales are final once your program has started. However, we stand behind what we do — and we back it up with our Money-Back Guarantee.

The only condition? You must be able to say:
“I followed the plan. I gave it my all. There’s nothing more I could’ve done… and it just didn’t work.”

Physical Merchandise (Apparel, Gear, etc.)
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. If you need a different size or item, contact us and we’ll get you sorted.
Returns:
Refunds are available for unused, unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
