Bishoi Khella
I’m not a lifelong coach. I don’t have a fancy fitness degree.
But what I do have is something most people don’t: proof.
I grew up as the overweight kid. I spent most of my early life that way until around 16, when I joined my high school’s weight room and fell in love with training. By the time I was 18, I was walking around at 220 pounds, jacked. I was benching 315, squatting 465, and deadlifting 585.
At 22, I started my first business straight out of college, and lost it all. In under two years, I gained 130 pounds and ballooned to 350. I spent five years trapped in a body I once fought so hard to escape. Then I gave it everything I had, one last time, lost over 160 pounds (120 of them in the first year alone), and discovered a version of myself that was far beyond the ‘best’ I once thought I’d already hit.
And the crazy part? The weight loss wasn’t even the biggest transformation.The real transformation happened in my mind.
Because the person you have to become to claw your way out of rock bottom demands everything from you and the truth is, you can’t be the same person coming out the other side.
I know what it’s like to go to bed every night promising yourself tomorrow will be different, only to wake up and repeat the same cycle. I know what it’s like to feel disgusted with your reflection, to avoid mirrors and photos, to wear a shirt in the pool.
I know the burden you carry worrying about things most people never even think about; how long you’ll have to stand, how far the walk is, whether you’ll sweat through your clothes just getting there. I know what it’s like to miss out on the simple, fun things in life. Not because you don’t want to, but because you physically can’t.
Since then, I’ve run over 10 marathons, completed a 100KM ultramarathon, and gone through 20+ Live Hard phases. Not because I was born for it, but because I decided to invent someone who could.
And now, I’ve devoted my entire existence to helping you do the same.
I walked away from a 8-year business, the very one I got fat building, because I’ve seen first hand how much my life has changed for the better and I want to help other people who feel like there’s no way out find their way.
I’m not here to sell you a dream. I’m here to help you earn it.
No fluff. No shortcuts. Just the same path I walked built on relentless effort, discipline, and a refusal to quit.

Peter Khella
Yeah, the last name probably gave it away. I’m Bishoi’s younger brother, Peter.
But more than that, I’m one of the few people who’ve seen everything he’s been through. The parts most people don’t see. I’ve watched him destroy his life and build it back from scratch.
As strong and locked-in as he looks online, I’ve seen the dark moments, the “I don’t know if I can keep going” moments. The doubt. The breakdowns. The nights he thought it was all falling apart. And I’ve seen him pull himself out. Every single time. That’s why this isn’t just a business to us. It’s personal. And now, we get to build it together.
I’ve been a personal trainer for over 10 years, working with every kind of client you can imagine: from high school athletes grinding in state-of-the-art gyms to women in their 60s training in their living rooms with zero equipment.
My job is simple: build a training program that actually works for you. Not a cookie-cutter template. Not a recycled app workout. A real, personalized strategy built around your body, your goals, and exactly where you're starting from.
And here’s the part I’m proudest of: I’ve never had a client walk away. Not one. Because it works.
As a coach, I’m calm, consistent, and easy to talk to. I’ve worked with enough people to know that everyone needs something different. I’m not here to bark orders. I’m here to listen, guide, and build something that feels doable and actually gets results. That’s why I’ve worked with hundreds of people, and every one of them stuck with it.
Bishoi’s the one who’ll light the fire. He’ll get your mind right. Help you lock in the discipline and dial in your nutrition. I’ll build the training plan. Between the two of us, we’ve got you covered on the three most important things to ensure your success: mindset, nutrition, and training. You just have to show up and meet us halfway.
